Depression is not a disease, it’s a reflection of our wrong bringing up. People don’t teach their kids to be strong (physically and mentally), they are more concerned about the career and financial security. But unfortunately in their own RACE, they forget to cultivate Sanskars (Value & Purpose of Life).

People don’t set their level of satisfaction, they are far away from the level of reality and practicality – one of the main reason behind depression and suicidal tendencies.
Counselling and life-education is of more importance.
Media is playing a bad role by highlighting wrong phrases – unnecessarily creating a panic in the public. Creating sensation every time, in every situation- is not a trait of good Journalism.

Media should play a positive role instead of creating panic in this situation.
They should also try highlight the positive aspect which will inspire many i.e. “Of course, leading a good lifestyle with a lot of exercise, fresh air, and outdoor activities these are good for overall health. It is good for your cardiovascular strength, your respiratory system. If your heart and lungs are functioning well, then you are much better placed to fight a disease like COVID-1. We know that regular exercise enhances your immune responses as well.”
